"Had to give 1Star because I had to. Worst service ever. We were inherited policy holders but would have like a handshake when we came into get that new car insured, or when that wreck happened and we came to insure another new car. Or a little more assistance when we lost electricity for 5 days and were told there was nothing he could do. Or i could go on and on, but we decided to drop them because he just doesn't want to give personal assistance. Don't waste your time if you want or need anything other than a letter sent in the mail or a text, God forgive they would have to make a phone call! Don't waste your time!"

"I just got terrible news from progressive insurance that the rates were going to go up exponentially for events or things that happened a couple years before that they have never charged for. Also, I Uber on the side so they don’t cover Uber drivers and I was not told until last minute. After I found out the monthly premium went up again. I immediately drove straight to State Farm. When I walked in, i was already shaking mad because of progressive. Kaitlyn Gragert is the amazing account manager that assisted me. She made my experience super smooth. She even stayed late to make sure I was re-insured at such a lower rate. I can also still drive Uber. She is super nice and knows her insurance very well.
